PROJECT OVERVIEW
This project involved the end-to-end design and development of a modern, fully responsive institutional website for Dronacharya PG College of Education, Rait. The goal was to replace an outdated legacy web presence with a high-performance digital campus portal that reflects the college’s prestige, improves user engagement, and simplifies administrative tasks for staff and students alike.

Project Details
WordPress CMS Core Configuration: Implemented WordPress as the core Content Management System to provide the college administration with an intuitive backend interface. This empowers non-technical staff to seamlessly update notices, manage course details, post exam dates, and upload academic materials without requiring ongoing developer intervention.
Custom Theme Architecture: Developed a bespoke WordPress theme completely from scratch. This custom build eliminated the bloated code typically found in pre-made templates, ensuring lightning-fast loading speeds, clean semantic code, and an architecture explicitly tailored to the institutional structure of the college.
Bootstrap Frontend Framework: Integrated the Bootstrap framework to implement a fluid grid system and reusable user interface components. Bootstrap was utilized to build a crisp layout that adheres to modern web standards, featuring custom typography and structural alignment.
Fully Responsive & Adaptive Design: Engineered the user interface to be deeply responsive across the entire device spectrum—ranging from large-scale desktop monitors to tablets and mobile smartphones. Navigation layouts, data tables, and media galleries dynamically adapt to ensure optimal readability and touch target accessibility for mobile users.
